The interiors are distinguished by a spacious, luminous living area thanks to its sliding glass doors that open onto the expansive terrace. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room, where comfort and elegance blend seamlessly. The gem of the villa's exterior is its 275 m² wooden terrace, featuring a superb heated pool (10 x 3.5m, Min depth: 0.4m and Max depth: 1.4m). Adjacent to the kitchen, it includes a shaded dining area, as well as a relaxation zone with sun loungers and cushions. An outdoor cooking area is equipped with a barbecue, plancha, and stone grill. You will also find a large pétanque court, perfect for convivial moments surrounded by a scrubland setting, with ample parking for several vehicles.
