A large terrace features several relaxation and dining areas, while the heated infinity pool (13 x 4 m, depth 1.50 m) enjoys beautiful sea views.
A covered and fully equipped summer kitchen complements the outdoor spaces. It is accompanied by an outdoor lounge and WC, providing a pleasant setting for al fresco dining.Guests can also enjoy a pétanque court.
The property also features private parking for at least six vehicles, as well as an electric vehicle charging station.

The property is located in the hamlet of Pagliajo, in Calenzana, in the heart of Balagne. It is close to the end of the legendary GR20, making it particularly suitable for hiking enthusiasts wishing to discover the mountainous landscapes of Corsica.
Calvi and its beaches are approximately a 10-minute drive away, while Calvi-Sainte-Catherine Airport is around 15 minutes away.
