It has six elegant bedrooms: 2 on the main level, a children's dormitory and 1 bedroom on the garden level, as well as 2 bedrooms under the poolhouse area.

Room 4
Room, Lower floor, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also private terrace.

Room 5
Room, Lower floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. separate WC room.

Room 6 - Dortoir :
Children bedroom, Garden level. This bedroom has 8 bunk beds. Bathroom private, with shower. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also office area.

Note: children under 6 years of age are not allowed to sleep in the upper beds of the dormitory.


Indoors 

The 250 m² interior comprises a bright living room, a convivial dining room and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. The entire property has been carefully decorated, combining modern design with Mediterranean touches. The communal areas are designed for relaxation and sharing, with all the comforts expected of a top-of-the-range stay: air conditioning, wifi, multimedia equipment.


Outdoors 

At the heart of the estate, the swimming pool (9 x 3.3 m), built around a natural rock, offers a unique view of the sea. Double beds invite you to relax, while a vast pool house includes a summer kitchen, barbecue and large table for convivial meals. The 150 m² terrace and tree-lined garden guarantee moments of relaxation in the heart of nature, away from all the hustle and bustle.


Staff & Services

The price includes an intermediate cleaning every Tuesday (surface cleaning without change of linen).
For stays of 2 weeks or more, the price includes an intermediate cleaning every Tuesday (surface cleaning without change of linen), as well as a change of bed linen and towels (on Friday or Saturday).
End-of-stay cleaning is not included and must be added.
On request and at an additional cost, other services such as ironing, table setting or daily assistance can be provided by staff.


Location

Located in Olmeto, on the heights of the Gulf of Valinco, the house is 1 km from the beach (3 min by car, 15 min on foot) and close to the village shops. It is also 60 km from Ajaccio airport and 66 km from Figari airport.


Note :
- Outside the summer period, we advise against exceeding an occupancy of 10/12 people due to the size of the interior living area.
- The villa has no shutters on the windows; blackout curtains and blinds are fitted in all bedrooms.
- Pool heating is available (and included in the price) depending on the season and weather conditions (OUTSIDE THE SUMMER PERIOD).
