Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool

- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Santoni war rundum erholsam. Die Lage ist ideal, wenn man Ruhe sucht – man ist mitten in der Natur und kann den großen Garten und die weite Landschaft genießen. Gleichzeitig ist man schnell im charmanten Saint-Florent mit seinem Hafen, den kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants.

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und einladend, der Garten außergewöhnlich groß und fast wie eine kleine Plantage. Besonders schön waren die Abende: am Gasgrill sitzend, beim gemeinsamen Essen den Sonnenuntergang über der Landschaft zu beobachten – das war ein echtes Highlight. Auch der Pool hat für viele entspannte Stunden gesorgt.

Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Urlaubsort, an dem wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Wir sind erholt zurückgekehrt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Mit Villanovo war ich rundum zufrieden. Der Service war hervorragend, und ich habe mich jederzeit gut betreut gefühlt. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Unterstützung, als ich meine Reise aus gesundheitlichen Gründen verschieben musste – alles wurde unkompliziert und sehr professionell gelöst. Dafür ein großes Dankeschön!

Die wirklich schönen Strände zum Baden liegen m.E. in der Balagne. Dorthin fährt man von Saint-Florent aus 1 bis 1,5 Stunden mit dem Auto über die D81 durch die Désert des Agriates. Die Strecke ist zwar landschaftlich beeindruckend, aber sehr kurvenreich, sodass man meist nur 30–50 km/h fahren kann – für Kinder eine eher beschwerliche Fahrt.

Le calme absolu qui l'entoure, dans un environnement parfaitement préservé, à 2 kms à peine du centre de St Florent
Immense propriété, belle piscine, beaucoup de verdure
Très bonne distribution de la maison

Pas d'air conditionné, ce qui ne nous a pas gêné cette semaine où la température extérieure ne dépassait pas 30°, mais pourrait être un inconfort par de très chaudes journées.
